2. Choose a Country in which you would like to search land

     • Price Range

3. Click on the “Search” button to see the listings

Steps to Search Land:

1. Under the "Post" heading click on the “Unlimited for Sale Listings” link
2. Input your email and password. Click the "Next" button
3. Now you can add the description of your property. (the asterisk * is for required fields)

Steps to list a property for $10 USD:

1. Under the "Post" heading click on the “One Listing for $10” link
2. Input your email and password. Click the "Next" button
3. Now you can add the description of your property. (the asterisk * is for required fields)
   • * Country
   • *State/Province
   • County/District
   • City
   • Address
   • * Postal Code
   • * Is For Auction?
   • * Is Foreclosure?
   • * Is Bank Owned?
   • * Use Type
   • * Land Area

4. Click the "Submit" button
5. Now you will be able to add up to six images and one PDF file with your listing

1. If you are listing a property for the first time:
   • After completing the general information about the listing, click the "Submit" button
   • Click on the "Browse" button to locate the image that you want to add to your property and click "Open"
   • Click the "Attach File" button
   • To add more images or a PDF file repeat the same steps
   • When you are finished adding images click on the "Done" button
2. If you already have a listed property on our database and want to include an image or PDF file, then follow the steps bellow:
   • Click on the “Edit Listings” link under the “Account” heading
   • Click on the button "Add/Del Attachment" located next to the property you want to add the image to
   • Click on the "Browse" button to locate the image that you want to add to your property and click "Open"
   • Click the "Attach File" button
   • To add more images or a PDF file repeat the same steps
   • When you are finished adding images click on the "Done" button

Steps to advertise your listing or Web Link:

1. Under the “Advertise” heading choose the advertisement you want to run
2. Login using your email and password and click the “Next” button
3. Choose the type of advertisement you want to run:
   • Advertise one of your land listings on the LandBlueBookInternational.com Homepage
   • Advertise your company’s website on the LandBlueBookInternational.com Homepage
4. Choose the duration of the advertisement
   • One month
   • Three months
   • Six months
5. Click the “Next” button
   • If you are advertising one of your properties you will be asked to choose which property you want to advertise
   • If you are advertising your website link, you will be asked to upload the image you want to associate with the advertisement
6. Choose your preferred method of payment

Steps to List in the “Land Wanted” section:

1. Click on the “Land Wanted Listings” link under the “Post” heading
2. Login using the information you used to open your account
   • Email Address
   • Password
3. List the description of the property you want to buy (the information with an asterisk * is required)
   • * Country
   • *State/Province
   • County/District
   • City
   • * Use Type
   • Land Area Range
   • Price Range
   • Terms
   • Description
4. Click the "Submit" button

Steps to Search in the “Land Wanted” section:

1. Click on the “Land Wanted Listings” link under the “Search” heading
2. Login using the information you used to open your account
   • Email Address
   • Password
3. Now you can search for “Land Wanted” using the different categories provided:
   • Location of Lot:
     • Country
     • State/Province
     • County/District
     • City
   • Land Information:
     • Use Type
     • Land Area Range
     • Price Range
     • Terms
4. Click on the “Search” button to see the listings

Steps to use the Referral Program:

1. Click on the “Referral” link under the “Account” heading
2. Login using your email and password
3. For Step 1 write:
   • Referral's First Name
   • Referral's Last Name
   • Referral's Email Address
4. For Step 2:
   • Write an email to the person you want to refer to LandBlueBookInternational
   • Make sure to write your Referrer ID Number, and to tell them to use it when they open an account to receive 25% off our services
5. Click the “Send” button
